About Duart Cottage
Built at the turn of the century and occupied by generations of the same family up until the present day, the cottage is steeped in local history. With original wood panelling in all the rooms the house has a real period feel. The cottage has now been sympathetically refurbished to the highest standards.
On the ground floor there is a cosy lounge with TV and a small mountaineering library with over a 100 titles. The open plan kitchen/dining room is fully equipped for all your holiday needs. Also on the ground floor is an adult bunk room and shower room with toilet.
There are two twin bedrooms on the first floor and a family bathroom with bath and separate shower.
Especially equipped with the outdoor enthusiast in mind, the cottage has its own drying room equipped with the latest Wintersteiger drying facilities and secure gear storage for skis, bikes and outdoor equipment.
There is parking for several vehicles and an outdoor seating area.
Duart Cottage provides a comfortable and cosy base from which to explore.
